My name is Cristian Murciano. I was born and grew up in Italy. 
I can say gastronomy has always been a great part of my life since I was a child. I think it all happened because I was raised in a family of Southern Italy. 

I graduated in 2000 with a 5 year program from the Culinary Institute of Otranto, Italy. I went on to gain 15 years of experience in the Hospitality Sector working in various high level restaurants   throughout Italy and Ibiza, Spain. 
I moved to Toronto, Canada in 2014 with great anticipation. Since then I have had the privilege of translating my European Chef history into many wonderful private clients homes. As an Italian, I acknowledge  the traditions of my country combined  with my own experiences and technics that I have learned in these many years. I offer a real taste of Italy mixed with a  modern approach and a touch of fusion.
